Tony Blair Hates Hip Hop

Despite reports that (P) Diddy would continue with his co-headline tour with Snoop Dog on his own while the visa-less Snoop tried to persuade Tony Blair to let him in the country, a spokesman announced this morning that all UK dates of the tour have been cancelled.

Thus confirming rumours that PM does in fact detest gangsta rap. This runs in conflict to rumours that Tony Blair is “too cool for school” because he appeared along side Catherine Tate in the now legendary Comic Relief sketch; possibly Blair's finest moment in a long political career.

As previously reported, the UK bit of the co-headline tour was put in jeopardy at the weekend when UK officials refused Snoop a visa in relation to that fracas at Heathrow airport last year, when the hip hop star was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and affray. Despite hopes Snoop would find some way of getting in before the tour was complete, promoters accepted last night that aint likely to happen any time soon, and pulled all UK dates.

Snoop fans will have to go to Dublin if they want to see him perform – the two dates there at the weekend will go ahead as planned, Snoop not having been disorderly or affrayish at Dublin Airport. Well, not yet.
