Ali Love – Secret Sunday Lover

Ali Love is like Calvin Harris without mass media coverage. His music has it’s own modern Disco style that thankfully sidesteps the New Rave / 80’s Nostalgia scene that has got so many bands swapping their Telecasters for MicroKorgs.
“Secret Sunday Lover” is a fantastic dance record, with all the swagger, arrogance and sex-bloated lyrics that quality dance music breeds. Although not the most progressive of tunes, the main hook is defiant throughout and keeps you stamping one foot on the ground, whilst you look around your group of friends and shout “TUNE!” over the club’s sound system. Definitely a sexy track.
