Cazals – Somebody, Somewhere

A drawling, dawdling vocal pull akin to that which Pete Doherty has used to sleaze gushing effect builds up to rawer, rhythmic push giving Phil P’s range a bit of thrust. It is no surprise that this cockney quintet, though only a few singles into their stride, are starting to get noticed with their slightly tugging, no frills edge.

Straight down the middle electro sliding akin to the music you would expect to accompany you on the way home from the pub after you’ve just been kicked out for busting the jukebox, reflective yet defiant. Cazals, with this switching song can use that 80s soft rock approach to ensure that their forthcoming debut album doesn’t go unnoticed and, that they don’t go unseen as Festival time approaches.
