Beware Fashionable Women –

Beware Fashionable Women are 4 guys from Pittsburgh who have an interesting approach to music. In their bio they list the do’s and dont’s of making pop music, and then why they probably won’t be following their own suggestions. They feel they are determined to fail by wanting to create a variety of sounds, but to be honest stating they plan on experimenting with jazz voicings, Beach Boy harmonies and Latin rhythms makes you want to listen to their music more!

The tracks they have to offer so far are good melodic pop that do indeed cover the bases of indie rock, the guitar riffs are catchy and they have infectious choruses. Some of the melodies do seem like you’ve heard them before, like in “Your Allegiance” and “Obilgatory Tattoo”, but they are used properly so that the tracks become instantly likeable.

Beware Fashionable Women have a good set of tracks under their belt and certainly more than enough to make their self-titled debut an album to look out for!
