Libertines exhibition in London

A Libertines and Babyshambles poster exhibition is set to be held in London in November.

Filthy McNasty's, a north London pub which gained notoriety through the band, will host the collection from November 13. The Libertines played many intimate gigs there during the early days of the band.

The poster collection has been compiled by collector Gary Loveridge and will span the career of both Doherty's bands.

At 6pm on the opening evening, Alex Gold of 'The Wutars' will play a selection of Libertines covers at the bar to launch the exhibition.
