Neil Halstead – Queen Bee

The single ‘Queen Bee’ is the latest single from singer-songwriter Neil Halstead.

Signed to Jack Johnson’s Brushfire record label, this song is subtle folk based summer Americana. Finger picking guitar progression, balanced with simple bass and drum rhythms makes this an inoffensive song that makes you relax and smile.

As a song it’s not going to make you stop what you are doing and just listen, but it is the type of song that if you heard it on a TV programme you’d enquire as to who it was. Can’t say fairer than that.
