Paranoid Foundation -
Album Review

Paranoid Foundation –

Starting with what you may think is the introduction of a new Vangelis album. This heavenly aura of a vast sea of sound – synthesized and short. The album continues on this path. Each track a slow burn of mood and atmosphere with occasional sampled voice (not singing) laid in for effect.

Paranoid Foundation seem to be conjuring up a score of sorts for some unmade film. Or maybe presenting their credentials to people who may be looking for an eerie if somewhat dystopian feel to their film.

It would be talent well used if they do. The album on its own however serves as background music for a visual that is missing (much what a soundtrack would do – to provide back up for visuals).
