Singer Songwriter Astrid Williamson unveils ‘here comes the vikings’ which is her fourth solo album.

Her angle is the middle of the road, folk tinged rock avenue and the whole album simply drips in tedium. At times she is reminiscent of Katie Tunstall then at other times with ‘How you take my breath away’ she is effortlessly Dido!!!

There is no denying that Astrid can hold a note, but it comes to something when this is her 4th attempt at cracking the surface and the majority of Joe Public aren’t aware of who she is. To break new fans she needs to do something major and quite bold to pull it off cause as it stands this doesnt have enough guts.
