Already emerging as a true gem of the global festival calendar in 2023, Flow Festival Helsinki is set to continue its sterling reputation as an undeniable hub of modern arts and culture – revealing more unmissable names set to take the stage in the heart of the Finnish capital this August!

New Zealand born singer-songwriter Lorde, will be performing at Flow Festival for the very first time! Her debut single Royals has been streamed over one billion times on Spotify alone, and her indie-pop album Solar Power has claimed her place as a multifaceted artist capable of reinventing herself. Playing only a few gigs in Europe this summer, Lorde makes her highly anticipated debut in Finland on Flow Saturday. On Sunday, the crowd gets to enjoy the magical performance of singer, songwriter and choreographer Christine and the Queens, awarded with multiple prizes and recognitions, the highly-praised French artist’s poignant and passionate music thoughtfully questions gender, sexuality and identity. Having released his latest album last year, Christine and the Queens makes his first appearance in Finland at Flow.

Performing on Saturday will be the highly lauded Pusha T. After launching his successful solo career in 2010, Pusha T’s verbal acrobatics culminated in the 2018 hit album Daytona making the artist one of the most appreciated current rap artists. His latest album from 2022, It’s Almost Dry, went straight to the top of the charts in the US. The London hardcore band High Vis has been one of the most talked about new bands in the scene for a while now. The energetic band emerged from the DIY and skateboarding scenes, differentiating from others by its open-minded way of combining 80s and 90s Britpop and alternative rock elements with strict hardcore. High Vis will bring its unique artistic vision to Flow on the festival Sunday.

New Finnish additions to the Flow lineup include compelling indie-pop artist Pehmoaino, a leading name and trailblazer in the Finnish rap scene Kube, as well as one of the most original new wave rappers in Finland, MELO. Additionally, rap duo Sofa, celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, and the ambassadors of Finnish cumbia music, Ne Galaktiset, will perform at Flow.
