Birdy Unveils Video For New Single “Shelter”

Following on from the success of her debut single, Birdy is set to release her raw interpretation of The XX's “Shelter” on July 18th through 14th Floor / Atlantic Recordings.

“Shelter” has already been Fearne Cotton's Record of the Week on Radio 1, an accolade also awarded to her debut single “Skinny Love”, a track that sold over 150,000 copies in the UK and gained 3.5 million views on YouTube – as well as notable success in the US, France and Germany.

Birdy is currently in the studio working on her debut album with James Ford (Arctic Monkeys, Last Shadow Puppets, Klaxons) which is expected to be released this autumn.
