Introducing – Fast Years

Brooklyn four-piece Fast Years formed in the Spring of 2011. The band plays a mix of 80's Punk, Surf Pop, and Indie Garage, with influences ranging from The Sonics to The Exploding Hearts.

They’ve had an online presence for all of 13 days now, including a free Bandcamp giveaway of lead track ‘Young Heart’, but their impact has been immediate. The band has already been invited to open for the white hot Howler in Brooklyn, crept in to the Hype Machine’s top 15 list, as well as picked up the following praise:
