Dolly Parton Announces New Album, Summer Dates

Dolly Parton is to release Better Day on August 29th, her much-anticipated album of all-new studio material.

The album is to be joined with a world tour that comes to the UK on August 20th.

Better Day is to be released through Sony Music and is the follow-up to her critically acclaimed album Backwoods Barbie, released in 2008.

The “Better Day” world tour kicks off on July 17th in Knoxville in her home state of Tennessee, and includes two shows (22/23 July) at the historic Hollywood Bowl in LA. Two shows in the O2 Arena, London have been confirmed for September 7th and 8th.

Dolly is to play Glasgow, Nottingham, Liverpool, Birmingham, Cardiff, Bournemouth, London, Newcastle, Manchester, Sheffield, Dublin and Belfast throughout August and September. More information can be found by following this link.
