Coldplay To Release Comeback Single June 3rd

It has been announced that Coldplay are to unveil their comeback single, entitled “Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall”, on June 3rd.

It is expected that the single will feature on the band's forthcoming fifth studio album, which still has no title or release date – and was originally promised to be released before last Christmas.

Drummer Will Champion wrote on Twitter: “We're about to play a bunch of summer festivals so it's as good a time as any to put out a new song,” following a series of cryptic animations showcasing lyrics from the new track.
