Meadowlands Festival Returns

After the successful launch (of the festival) last May, Meadowlands Festival is back again for another three day bank holiday extravaganza held in the sumptuous grounds of Glynde Place in Sussex, just a few miles from both Brighton and Lewes.

Meadowlands will be expanding this year, playing host to three stages, featuring over forty bands, a comedy and spoken word marquee, campsite discotheque courtesy of the Tru Thoughts gang, art and light installations, children's activities, exquisite food, interactive performers, state-of-the-art sound system and luxury toilets!

The festival has already secured its license for 2011, with bars and entertainment going on until the wee hours…

Although headliners have still to be announced some exciting acts have already been conformed including The Penguin Cafe Orchestra, Mirrors, Jo Harman, Foy Vance and Doll and the Kicks. A full list of bookings will be added to the festival website on an ongoing basis.
