Distant and mystical Maria Blink fronted light metal and journeying rocking merging Albany atmosphere churners, possess everything a modern alternative band needs. Swagger, sex appeal, attitude, oodles of rhythm building ability and a bit style to boot. A hauntingly hanging introduction helps ‘Forever’, advertise the spice and chutzpah of this gripping troupe.

In This Moment threatens to take over from the likes of Paramore and Queen Adreena. Obviously, the focus of most of the attention will be on the confidently provocative front lady, but this single in particular, shows up the depth and talent of each of the other four members, with Jeff Fabb’s potent percussion drive and tempo lifts being a particularly striking contribution.

Contemporary alternative music now has a dark horse band that its followers will surely be unable to resist.
