Mantis And The Prayer – Keep Up The Fight

Far be it from this reviewer to judge a book by its cover, but I had an inkling that “Keep Up The Fight” would owe more than a little to Nick Cave by spending approximately three seconds looking at the lead singer. It’s certainly not a bad influence to wear on your puffed-out, silken sleeve, as Mantis and the Prayer do just enough to steer this love story away from self-indulgent weirdness and into something that is more than interesting enough to warrant your attention.
