B*Movie Heroes Album Producer Gains Award

Rising producer Robert Whiteley has been honoured with the prestigious Sennheiser Award. The award was presented to the Liverpool-based producer for his stunning production on the B*Movie Heroes' album “Anthems for the Underdog”, which was released on legendary Liverpool Independent label, Spank Records, earlier this year.

Professor Jorg Sennheiser himself presented the award, which Whiteley received for the 'excellent and consistent levels of engineering and production' on the album.

Rob, 27, has gained praise previously for his work in the live arena with such acts as Henry Rollins, UK Subs, The Fall, Kelly Osbourne and NOFX as well as countless artists ranging from Herby Hancock to Air. Currently working with exciting acts including The Flamingo 50, The Mighty Saguaro and 28 Costumes, Whiteley's studio-based work is firmly ensconced within the renaissance of the Liverpool Music Industry, and beyond.
