Rough n tough grunge metallers CADIUM are touring in a broken down van near you. After the success of last years North West tour and release of their debut ep – 'The Lost Element', CADIUM are hi-jinxing their way across the country and hitting the road again. This is their first tour of the year as they plan to break out of the North West and play to their fans everywhere. The 7 date journey is taking them down the west coast of the country, playing in both major cities and small towns.
Col (bass player) commented, “Playing in the big cities is cool but we often find we get the best reaction from the small towns as there is nothing else to do there and the kids go crazy.”
CADIUM are currently holed up in a dingy basement studio in the depths of Liverpool recording the first half of their album with plans to get back in and finish it in May to release it in the summer. Producing it is rising starlet Darren Simpson of Parr St Studios, Liverpool.
Stu (vox) states, “We have the songs ready to record but because we are touring in February and April as well as having some time off in March, it will be May before we can get back into the studio for some serious recording again. It's ok though as the gap will give us serious time to reflect on how good the songs actually are and how we can improve them.”
