The final was held at Halcyon in Worcester were Supervision rocked against other finalists Subonyx, Strangeday and 3 second memory. All the bands played well but the judges (who comprised of music journalist and record label execs) decision was unanimous with one judge stating that 'Live rock music does not get better than this' when describing Supervision's performance.

The boys have been round the local scene for a while now but things are hotting up with the release of their new EP “12 hours” to coincide with the Ultimate Events prize of £1000 and opening the show at this years Ultimate Event 1 day festival at Alton Towers to approx. 7000 people.

“The Ultimate Event should be a big springboard for us – we'll be playing to as many people in one day as we have in the last 6 months – we're all fired up and ready to Rock” said Finchley, lead guitarist.
