Aly Gray will be representing bluemink management as a delegate at next years SXSW Music Conference and Festival in Austin Texas from 17th to 21st March 2004.
Since 1987, South by Southwest (SXSW) Music Conference and Festival has been bringing musicians, record company executives, club owners, radio programmers, journalists, publicists and countless other people working in the music industry together. Over one thousand showcasing artists and solo acts from around the globe perform on 50 stages over the course of five nights.

bluemink management are in the process of compiling a promotional sampler cd that will represent some of the best unsigned bands/artists from all over Scotland and further a field.
Aly will promote and distribute these cd’s to the other delegates/industry and media representatives that will be attending the conference and festival searching for new talent from around the globe.
bluemink management are now accepting cd only submissions from bands/artists who would like to be considered for inclusion on the promotional sampler cd.
The closing date for submissions is 20th January 2004.

Contractual details:
If selected to be included on the blueminkmanagement promotional sampler cd each of the limited spaces will cost £75. Each band/artist will agree to be represented by blueminkmanagement for the period of 17th to 21st March 2004 and during all follow up work by blueminkmanagement to the recipients of the cd’s. In the event that blueminkmanagement successfully obtain/introduce a deal with a third party the band/artist will agree to pay blueminkmanagement a commission of 25% of any deal. None of the bands/artists will be managed by blueminkmanagement on a longer term basis except where blueminkmanagement are successful in obtaining a deal and will have first refusal to manage the band/artist as part of any deal we complete. The band/artist is not obliged to accept any offer by a third party that blueminkmanagement obtain as a result of being on the cd.
A full contract will be sent to all successful bands/artists for signing.
