New Single – 'This Is What We Do'

Crackout hit the trail once more with the imminent release of their first single of 2004; 'This Is What We Do' – included is a version of the (almost universally voted) single of last year, Beyonce's 'Crazy In Love'…

The track 'This Is What We Do' is a pre-curser to the band's forthcoming long-player 'Oh No!' and sees the trio in promising form which more than bodes well for the band's upcoming year.

Prior to both the single and the album the band have also made a series of download (album) tracks available. Each month – on the first Monday – an mp3 complete with artwork will be available from the band's website link. The tracks will be available at a standard download price of 99p via Credit Card (£1.50 via SMS). Those who download all four tracks will be automatically entered intoa special Crackout prize draw.

Recorded in London at the hands of the mighty (Clive) Langer / (Alan) Winstanley production team, 'This Is What We Do' witnesses the band striding towards amber well on their way to the green light which signals the upward trajectory that no doubt will ensue…

'This Is What We Do' is released on 16th February thru' Hut Recordings with both the 7″ and CD1 comprising of the title track and the band's own take of 'Crazy In Love', the full track listing is:

Meanwhile the band hope to confirm lives dates early in the New Year, whilst the album 'Oh No!' is released on March 1st.

Crackout have been confirmed as support for Gomez at the band's upcoming show in London. The band, who release a single 'This Is What We Do' on February 16th followed by their second album 'Oh No!' on March 1st, will be appearing at London's Mean Fiddler on January 12th 2004.
