Box Clever

Hypnotic, captivating, epic, raucous, stunning and inspiring… just a few of the words that critics described The Boxer Rebellion’s debut sold out limited single “Watermelon”, released in Autumn last year.

The Boxer Rebellion release a brand new single, “In Pursuit”, on 29th March, which will be their second single for the Poptones label. In Pursuit has been produced by Pete Hofmann (Black Rebel Motorcycle Club/Black Box Recorder)

2003 saw The Boxer Rebellion play an amazing debut set at Glastonbury on the new bands stage, sign to Universal publishing, support a Perfect Circle and nearly support The Raveonettes on their entire UK tour (the band had to pull out due to their singer, Nathan, being taken to hospital – which culminated in him having a cist and his appendix removed, thankfully he is well on the mend now!).

Hailing from London via America and Australia, The Boxer Rebellion are Nathan Nicholson (vocals/guitar), Todd Howe (lead guitar), Adam Harrison (bass) and Piers Hewitt (drums).
