CELLED OUT

Latest news from young Welsh rockers My Red Cell…

My Red Cell have certainly come a long way in the last 6 months from NME's 'Ones to Watch' to Sessions at Radio 1 (Lamacq), XFM (playlist) and Virgin Radio. MTV2 hammered the video for Knock Me Down and even Jonathan Ross at Radio 2 has got into the Welsh 4-pieces' sound.

This release of In a Cage will be supported by a Zane Lowe session for Radio 1 and gigs with The Libertines and Goldie Looking Chain. The welsh tearaways have also just been confirmed as guests on the forthcoming Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster tour. Expect madness and mayhem at the following places:

MAY:
28 – Leeds Cockpit
29 – Nottingham Rock City
30 – Glasgow Garage
31 – Middlesborough Town Hall

JUNE:
2 – Brighton Concorde,
3 – Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms,
4 – Stoke Sugarmill

A London show is to be confirmed.

My Red Cell's precociously good debut album “13 In My 31” is released on June 14, preceded by the single “In A Cage” on May 31st.
