AMPLIFIER ANNOUNCE HEADLINE TOUR OF THE UK WITH BMG's HIDING PLACE AND THE RELEASE OF DOWNLOAD SINGLE

Following on from the release of their stunning and critically lauded debut album, Amplifier have announced their first official headline tour of the UK and brand new download only single Panzer

Renowned for their explosive and technically brilliant live performances, having guested with the likes of The Datsuns, Auf Der Maur, Therapy, Deftones and Explosions In The Sky, this tour will give the band their first opportunity to play a full length set around the UK. On this tour, Amplifierwill be supported by up and coming BMG act Hiding Place, the tour will begin in London on Wednesday 9th June and will finish in Stockton on Wednesday
23rd June.

Released on 5th July 2004, new single Panzer will be Amplifier' first ever download single, and with an incredible running time of seven minutes will be the longest officially released download so far.Panzer is a thunderous, strutting track that blazes with social comment, and at its epic 7 minute entirety shows the true nature and experience of their debut album.

Amplifier will also appear at this years Download festival on the Barfly Stage, Sunday 6th June at 5:05pm.
