hell is for heroes will release a limited edition single, ‘One of Us’ / ‘Discos and Casinos’ on the independent imprint Captains of Industry on August 16th 2004.
The tracks are taken from recording sessions for hell is for heroes’ second album at Sawmills and Tonteknik Studios, the fruits of which will be released in January 2005. The band returned to the studio with seminal punk producers Pelle and Eskil (Refused, Poison The Well), who produced hell is for heroes’ highly acclaimed debut album, ‘The Neon Handshake’.
hell is for heroes burst on to the scene in 2003 with ‘The Neon Handshake’ hitting the Top Twenty, earning the band critical praise including a ‘Best British Rock Band’ nomination at the 2003 Kerrang! Awards and being voted Rock Sound’s 2003 Album of the Year.

The two track CD with individual handmade artwork stamped by the band will be available exclusively through Captains of Industry with a limited pressing of 2000 copies. This upcoming independent label is co-managed by hell is for heroes frontman, Justin Schlosberg and takes pride in its punk philosophy and alternative offering to corporate music.
