Your Chance to Become a Digital DJ

North London's catching on to the Playlist Club, upstairs at The Progress Bar. (162 Tufnell Park Road, London, N7 0EE ). The last event was the best yet, and the next party takes place on November 27. Playlist is a party with a difference – you are the DJ, judge or dancer. Just bring your favourite 15-minute playlist on an iPod or other digital music player and play your songs, first come, first served. The best DJs win prizes from new sponsors, Everything iPod (link). If you love music and don't have a music player come along and listen to diverse sounds in a genre-free melting pot of musical desire. Come along and party with the Playlist people. November 27. Web site competition

Playlist is offering its traditional Web site competition. Visit link, sign up for the mailing list, send us your favourite 15-minute-long Playlist of songs (artist, album and song title), complete a tie-breaker and the best mix will win a prize. No purchase is required (the night is free), and we will never sell our mailing list.

By Tube – BEST: Hop on Northern line to Tufnell Park Station.
Distance from Tube to Progress (2 minutes), or Piccadilly Line to Holloway Road (a 10-20 minute walk).
By Train – closest train stations to Progress Bar are Upper Holloway (0.5 miles), Kentish Town (0.6 miles).
