Martha Wainwright Factory & Tour

'Factory' is the first single to be taken from Martha's self-titled debut album.

Perfectly showcasing Martha's extraordinary range as a vocalist and songwriter, 'Factory' is moving, tender and infectious. The song, like all Martha's material, is deeply personal and is characterised by her expressive and unforgettable voice. Portraying a sense of personal isolation and constant movement, the song eloquently captures the figure of the outsider and is just one of the many highlights of the album.

Following a hugely successful tour supporting her brother, acclaimed singer/songwriter Rufus Wainwright, on his UK Autumn 2004 tour and a string of thrilling one off performances, Martha has announced dates for her first headlining UK tour in February. A further date, April 25th at the Scala in London has just been announced – more dates to follow.

The UK Live Dates Are:

FEBRUARY
21st LONDON, Barfly – SOLD OUT
22nd MANCHESTER, Night and Day
24th GLASGOW, BREL – SOLD OUT
25th BIRMINGHAM, Glee Club

APRIL
25th LONDON Scala
