Not that I am taking delight in this, but the notoriously diva like scouse (voice like a power drill in one's head) wannabe pop star and former Brookside starlet Jennifer Ellison has announced that her pop career is over. The reason? She wishes to concentrate on her acting career.
She said: “I gave it a good go because I've always wanted to be a singer.”
Her songs Bye Bye Boy went to No12 in the charts and Baby I don't Care made it to No6 reports The Sun.
She added: “When I got into pop I found it wasn't so much about the singing as about how cool you were. How can you expect to be given a fair chance when no one will give your record airplay.”
Jennifer has recently finished filming a prison drama for ITV1.
