1. Brand new single “Spit It Out” is released on March 7th

2. The “Maxi Enhanced” CD features extra tracks “Left And Right”, “Baby On Rug” and “Spit It Out” – the video, which is ace.

3. “Spit It Out” is also available on a covetable 7” with “Left And Right” nestling on the B-side.

4. Brendan’s ginger pussy-cat Sam features on the sleeve to “Spit It Out”. Sam also appears on the sleeve of Brendan’s new album “Alternative To Love” and was a cover-star on Brendan’s last album “Lapalco”

5. All songs were written by Brendan, except “Left And Right” which was co-written with former band-mate Chris Plum.

6. Songs all recorded by Brendan with additional production and mixing by Tchad Blake. “Spit It Out” mixed by Tom Rothrock.

7. Brendan’s house doubles up as his own recording studio. All songs were recorded chez Brendan – and the video to “Spit It Out” was also filmed there.

8. Brendan is addicted to Marmalade.

9. “Alternative To Love” – Brendan’s mighty fine new album is released on March 14th.
