Mark Lanegan made a surprise appearance with the Queens Of The Stone Age last night (February 14th) in Milan.
It was announced a year ago that Lanegan would no longer be playing with the band, but on Valentines day he made a return and sang co-vocals on eight songs at the Transilvania Club.
The show also marked Queens Of The Stone Age’s official return to live duties. They had performed earlier this month at a secret gig in Los Angeles as The Clocks, but the Italian date was their first in a year under their own name.
The band continue their tour throughout the month, and play two shows in a night in London on March 3.
