The Talent:

Live 7 piece hip hop outfit LA Cedille (Besançon, Huddersfield's twin town in France) will be touring their new album 'Vu Du Large' (out 28th March on Chocolate Fireguard via Kudos/Pinnacle Distribution) Its currently at No 8 in DJ Magazine's 'Beats and Breaks' Chart and is receiving some great reviews. Very experienced live, they have already played Glastonbury and Montreux Jazz Festivals.

Huddersfield's girl punk rock band Mary Jane have just returned from Czech gigs and a recording session at Faust Studios, Prague for new label Timeless Music Project (- a Community Record label set up and run by local independent Chocolate Fireguard and a spin off from the annual Timeless Festival). Mary Jane's debut material was produced by legendary Killing Joke guitarist 'Geordie'.

Last chance to see Huddersfield's 6 piece dance / rock hybrid Kava Kava (pictured) before their European tour. The band are a 'must see' live having toured clubs and Festivals all over Europe. Over 300 US college radio stations have recently been playing Kava Kava's album 'Maui' (Chocolate Fireguard).

The night will continue after the live broadcast (going out live on BBC Radio Leeds, York, Humberside and Sheffield) with La Cedille launching their album on Chocolate Fireguard with an extended second set featuring some very special guests. Curfew 2 am.
