NME New Music Tour

After a sold out NME Awards Tour at the beginning of the year, the NME have announced an NME New Music Tour for May.

Apparently its your chance to catch the “next wave of stars in intimate venues before they’re packing stadiums”.

Taken from the NME website, the tour features Newcastle’s “angular new wavers Maximo Park; future grunge heroes Nine Black Alps; the Kaiser Chiefs’s new favourite band The Cribs; London’s urchin scensters The Rakes; noisy upstarts the Towers Of London, epic post-punks Battle and New Zealand’s hard rocking newcomers The Checks, who are leaving home for the first time to play these shows”.
