The Most Terrifying Events

The Most Terrifying Thing, known as Audioslave before they sold the name to a certain American super-group, are appearing across the country this summer.

‘The Most Terrifying Thing’ have never received a bad reaction in any of the many shows up and down the country they have played in the last year and a half. Indeed, they have just signed to London Label Seeca on the strength of their live performances.

Hard to pigeon hole, their music is not restricted to one genre – it can be new wave punk one minute and delicate the next. The best way is to find out for yourselves. Listen to their album which is scheduled for release in June 2005 or check them out live. It’s hard not to like four people playing honest music for music’s sake. The Most Terrifying Thing will be unleashed in 2005 for one more go at ‘Changing the world’.

The dates are as follows and I'll be blowed, Glasswerk has two pairs of tickets to give away to each of the following events (except 26th May). All you need to do is email mail and tell us why you deserve to go to the gig. Tell us which gig you want to go to as well, there's a good chap (what's the female for chap?).

Wednesday 29th June – Pop Song EP Launch, Camden Underworld, London.
Thursday 7th July – The Bull & Gate, London.
Wednesday 27th July – The Jailhouse, Coventry.
Sunday 7th August – Birkenhead Music Festival, Merseyside.
Wednesday 17th August – Firefly Bar, Leicester
