Bullet Bar

Semaphore
Absent Kid
Norton
My Pariah

7.30pm £5.00

As always, doors are at 7.30pm and the live music kicks off at 8.00pm, with My Pariah and their full-on and up-front rock.

Norton take to the stage at 8.45pm.They have just released their first E.P produced by Matthew Ollivier (Manics, Doves, Veils) out on Criminal Records. The chance to be associated with this saga in making is now!

Norton speaks to the passion in all of us. Live your dream, intensely, right now. The voice of the singer will burn into your soul and the band will take you for a ride. At times soft and optimistic – at times harsh and threatening.

Norton are bringing their powerful sound to the people of Europe and are ready to take it everywhere. Expect raw power and beautiful melodies.

Colchester based Absent Kid are the main support tonight and you can catch their live set at 9.30pm. They formed in Spring 2002 since then they have honed their own brand of noise pop to critcal acclaim. In 2004 they won the coverted Diesel U Music and NME award for best unsigned rock band. Their debut mini-album 'I burnt down the family business' was recently released on Fierce Panda Records.

'Set to be Colchester biggest exports since boy racers and pissed-up squaddies' – Edith Bowman

However, the headline band tonight are something rather special. Semaphore take to the stage at 10.15pm. Preferring to (and refreshingly) let others talkthem up instead of themselves, here is what peoplehave had to say…

“The charm of Semaphore is the rattling guitar and dramatic coasting vocals they serve up with disarming proficiency”
Richard Osley, Camden New Journal

“Powerful psychedelic acoustic sound supported by enchanting lyrics – a must see live” Karmadownload.com

“Darkly brooding groove rock” Tony Gleed, Bugbear Promotions

So there you have it. A storming night. The footy season has finished, so what real excuse doyou have for not going? Answers to the usual address please.
