Gomez to play FOPP stores
Mercury Music Award winners Gomez are to play four Fopp in-stores in July to support the release of their forthcoming live album ‘Out West (Live At The Fillmore/+DVD) due out on July 25th through Independiente.
The double CD is a collection of live tracks taken from their three sold-out shows at San Francisco’s legendary Fillmore venue back in January 2005. The CDs capture the essence of Gomez’s live performances whilst the bonus DVD offers viewers the chance to experience some of it themselves.
The in-stores are on the following dates:
Monday 25th Manchester 4pm
Tuesday 26th Edinburgh (Union Street) 1pm
Tuesday 26th Edinburgh (Rose Street) 5pm
Thursday 28th London 2pm
Fopp In-stores have become something of an institution; Gomez will be following in the footsteps of Franz Ferdinand, The Rapture and The Magic Numbers who have all played at Fopp stores in recent years.
