The Rifles Out On The Range

After the success of their first two singles, 'Peace And Quiet', which sold-out on the day of release, and, 'When I'm Alone', both blistering examples of punchy mod-punk influenced rock, London four-piece, The Rifles, are pleased to announce the release of their third single, 'Local Boy', due later this year.

Ian Broudie, keen to add to such impressive production credits as, The Coral, The Zutons and The Subways, is producing The Rifles third single, 'Local Boy', for the much anticipated October 24th release on Right Hook Records.

Following on from the release of, 'When I'm Alone', The Rifles supported Graham Coxon, recorded material with Paul Cook (Sex Pistols), played host to a hugely successful residency at London's Metro Club – which saw the final sell-out show forced to turn away over 100 fans and industry representatives – played the Hyde Park Wireless Festival, supported Madness, and sold out their own headlining gigs at Koko and 100 Club.

Featured in Music Week's Snapshot and Playlist, The Rifles play this year's Leeds and Reading festivals and look forward to celebrating a return to London this September. Headline dates and The Subways support slots to follow:
