Fresher fever hits Leeds,

With the new influx of students about to hit the city again, its that time of year when the big bands join the scene, so in Leeds we have the likes of the Arctic Monkeys to look forward to in October. However, if you’re a student you may want to look elsewhere for some quality music and at a cheaper price. Many local bands play at venues dotted across the city. The Faversham hosts Bad Sneakers on Saturday nights with a collection of bands and a club night. Every night there is an immense amount of local talent on offer, so check out The Packhorse, The Cockpit, The Vine, Cardigan Arms, The Mixing Tin and Club Wire amongst many other venues to find your way into the city. Look out on this website for reviews of the bands and gig listings, its a good way to catch bands before they come big! So go on what are you waiting for, feel the music and live the scene!
