KT Tunstall Nominations & new single!
At the Brits Launch event at Hammersmith's Riverside Studios it was announced that KT Tunstall has been nominated for three 2006 Brit Awards – 'British Female Solo Artist', 'British Live Act' and 'British Breakthrough Act'. KT, who performed 2 tracks – 'Black Horse And The Cherry Tree' and 'Under The Weather' at the launch event, has also been confirmed to perform live at the Brits Ceremony, which takes place at Earls Court 1 on February 15th.
A delighted KT said:
“One would have been great, two would have been greater and three is ridiculously brilliant! Really proud to be a part of one of the best Brit line-ups in recent years”.
KT will also release a new single 'Another Place To Fall', from 'Eye To The Telescope', on March 13th through Relentless. A bluesy-rock stomp which recounts the tale of a broken friendship, 'Another Place to Fall' showcases yet another side to KT's ability as a singer-songwriter
