Haymania

In a similar fashion to 'Henmania' during tennis season, Haymania is set to sweep across an unsuspecting nation as Darren Hayman (ex front-man of celebrated late 90’s Indie heroes and “Britian’s largest small band” Hefner) begins his solo album tour of the UK. His self-penned album Table For One is due for release on 6th March, and includes songs written in a caravan about crumbling cafes, dog charities and air hostesses plummeting to their death.

In the run up to the album launch Darren will perform at a host of intimate acoustic gigs across the UK in association with Glasswerk, dates and venues below…

February

12th – Clwb Ifor Bach, Cardiff
14th – Nice n Sleazy, Glasgow
15th – The Red Room, Newcastle Upon Tyne
16th – Jabez Clegg, Manchester
17th – Brudenell Social Club, Leeds
18th – Junktion 7, Nottingham

March

9th – Water Rats Theatre, London
11th – Rough Trade Shop, Covent Garden

Darren will also be promoting the Best Of Hefner album – due for release on March 27th – by playing some Hefner favourites.

Tickets priced from £5 (advance) are available from the following outlets…
