Glasswerk and XFM present Outbreak2: March 6th-10th, 2006

Following on from the outstanding success of the original Outbreak Festival in 2005, where the cream of new talent such as Dogs Die in Hot Cars and Arctic Monkeys played to packed venues, Glasswerk and XFM are pleased to present the follow-up Outbreak 2 in March 2006. 7 gigs in 5 days across three North London venues.

Manchester Indie band Haven will be headlining The Highbury Garage on Friday March 10th. A sure-fire sell-out with support coming from The Conway Story, Revere and Second Sun.

The Modern headline the Purple Turtle on Tuesday March 7th, while legendary Eighties band The Korgis (most famous for ‘Everybody's Gotta Learn Sometime') headline on the Wednesday, while at the same time some of Glasswerk's favourite up-and-coming bands will be performing at Turnmills. One of the biggest Zimbabwean bands Mann Friday are top-dogs on Thursday March 9th, while some very special guests become the final band to play Outbreak 2 on the Friday night before a club night carries on until 3am.

Some of the other great acts performing at Outbreak 2 include Red Eye Banquet, The Laurel Collective, The Southern Electrics, Ciccone and Video Club. For a full line-up please see link
