The Pipettes – new single!

Man, I love the Pipettes.

The way they walk, the way they talk, not to mention their fabulous tunes. Yeah I know it's all been done before (and possibly better) by all those Phil Spector bands back in the 60s, but I can never resist a good handclap, and a handclap revival was certainly overdue.

I felt like all my birthdays had come at once when I heard the news that they have another single out – Judy – released on the 25th of September, though I have no idea how I'm gonna contain myself until then. Maybe I'll have to fashion myself a little pink jacket with 'The Pipettes' embroidered on the back… that should take a good few months.
