The Answer – Come Follow Me

The Answer's New Single – “Come Follow Me” released in UK and pan Europe on Dec. 18th.

The Answer round off a triumphant year with the release of their new single ‘Come Follow Me’ on December 18th 2006 through Albert Productions.

Available as a digital download this high-speed riff-tastic track is accompanied by a brilliant 60’s inspired video where Evangelical front man, Cormac Neeson, tempts TV viewers to part with cash and find God whilst being led into temptation himself with attractive telephone operators and other er………appealing vices. An x-rated version will be available to view online through the band’s official site link whilst the clean ‘church go-er’ version will be released throughout Europe on all networks!

‘Come Follow Me’ is the third single to be lifted off their incredible debut album ‘Rise’, which has just achieved Impala SILVER certification status in Europe (including UK and Eire) selling over 40,000 copies since its release in the UK (July) and Europe (Sept). The sales figures are set to keep rising.

“RISE” entered the UK Independent album chart at Number 5, Number 8 in the national album rock chart and garnered superb press accolades such as “best rock debut of a decade” (Classic Rock) and “as fresh and invigorating as any debut album in living memory” (Kerrang! KKKKK).

Further additional peer praise arrived from the likes of Jimmy Page, David Coverdale and Paul Rodgers. Throw in a Kerrang! Award nomination for Best British newcomer '06 and a Classic Rock Awards nomination for Album Of The Year ‘06 and you have the mix for one of the British debut rock success stories of 2006.

With 50,000 international album sales expected by Christmas, The Answer are set for a storming 2007 with worldwide touring, promotion and further single releases
Having just completed a sold out UK headline tour, the band return to Europe.
