Winner of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Matt Willis, will meet fans at the brand new Music Zone store on Argyle Street in Glasgow next week (Tuesday 12 December 2006) at a special signing of his latest single.
Don’t Let It Go To Waste (released 11 December on Mercury Music Group) is the third track to be released off his debut solo album of the same title (released 20 November when Matt was battling it out in the Australian jungle).
Matt, will be at Music Zone, chatting to fans and signing CDs from 5.00pm. The event will be wrist-banded and 350 bands will be issued on a first-come first-served basis.
And as homage to Matt’s new status as King of The Jungle one lucky fan will win the chance to have an exclusive picture taken with Matt but to win the prize they must complete a stomach-churning Bush Tucker Trial Music Zone style. Five contestants will compete against the clock to eat their own height in wriggly snakes – the famously fabulous jelly sweets from Haribo!
Music Zone store manager George Ritchie said: “Matt has won over loads more fans from his TV success and this will definitely be a sell-out so my advice would be – get here early!”
