MTV Appoint New President

MTV APPOINT NEW INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT

MTV Networks International has announced Bob Bakish has been appointed as
the division's new President. He will report to Bill Roedy, who will
continue to oversee MTVNI in addition to his new global level role as vice
chairman of MTV Networks at large. The MDs of MTV's businesses across
Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific will now report to Bakish, as will
