New KOL album update

Kings of Leon have announced they will release their new album on April 2nd.
“Because of the Times” is the hugely anticipated follow-up to 2005’s “Aha-Shake Heartbreak and 2003’s even better “Youth and Young Manhood”. The hair-endowed Followill fellas have been holed up in the Blackbird Studios in Nashville and Sunset Sound in Los Angeles recording the Ethan Jones/Angelo produced record, which will be preceded by the single “On Call” out March 26th. With so many potentially great records lined up for the first quarter of 2007, the year is taking one mighty fine looking shape.

The band are playing a sold-out tour calling at:

Folkestone Leas Cliff Hall (Feb 22)
Norwich UEA (23)
Lincoln Engine Shed (24)
London Astoria (26)
