Legendary Scottish singer/songwriter and ex-Vaseline’s frontman Eugene Kelly has been confirmed to play the forthcoming Versacoustic Tour, which will take place in March. One of Scotland’s most exciting new bands, Bricloage, have also been added to the excellent line-up who will perform a series of intimate venues throughout Scotland. Launched in December 2006 by Versa, the Versacoustic looks set to be one of the year’s hottest tickets and promises to be a major treat for music lovers.
Celebrated acts such as My Latest Novel, Duglas T Stewart from BMX Bandits and Saint Judes Infirmary are already down to kick things off with the first gig taking place in Edinburgh’s Bongo Club on March 5th.
The next stage of stage of Versacoustic will see Emma Pollock perform with the afore mentioned Eugene Kelly and Lucky Luke with the tour calling at Fat Sams in Dundee on March 20th.
