Glasswerk presents Switches Live

Switches formed when lead singer Matt Bishop decided to email every student at his college in Guildford, and hire those replies he liked best – without even hearing them play!

Four ‘boys’ came together, with very different musical tastes that spans genres and generations. Guitarist Ollie Thomas is a self-confessed sixties throwback. Matt is a lover of the seventies including 10CC and T-Rex. Drummer Jimmy G is a fan of the eighties such as the Let’s Dance era of Bowie. Finally, bassist Max Tite is the modern man, interested in the nineties plus particularly Sufjan Stevens. They have often been compared to Weezer and The Vines and have had support slots with Graham Coxon. They even won a battle of the bands competition, to support The Darkness!

So there you go, thats all you will ever need to know about Switches. Nothing else, that's everything, nothing more, nothing less, you need know nothing more, your knowledge is now complete, except for this:
