New Single From The Wombats – Out Next Month
The Wombats are set to release the new single KILL THE DIRECTOR on 25th June. However, the band are still celebrating signing a major record deal.
The Wombats recently signed the record deal we have been expecting for some months now.
It’s been a long time coming but the band gave finally signed with Warner Music's '14th Floor Records', home to the likes of Biffy Clyro, Damien Rice and Ray LaMontagne.
The debut album from the Liverpool/Norwegian lads is expected later this year/early next year.
The band reportedly uhmmed and ahhed over the decision whether to sign with Polydor or the London label 14th Floor.
The previous Wombats records had been released on KIDS records, the home of Neil McSweeney.
