Blissfields Festival Sells Out

Perhaps one of the lesser known Summer Festivals, yet undoubtedly one of the best, Blissfields has announced that for the fourth year running, tickets have completely sold out two months prior to the event.

Blissfields is a “small but beautifully formed” festival based on Hampshire farmland and is taking place on the weekend of 6-8 July. With all proceeds to charity and a bands-play-just-for-the-love-of-it policy, it has moulded over the past seven years into one of the most family-friendly, laidback non-commercial festivals around, yet has maintained an eclectic, quality line-up.

The organisers family Bliss have always seemed to have a knack with catching hold of great acts early on, the likes of Mystery Jets spring to mind, and with the help of infamous London live reviewers Girls in Green Shoes, have put together another great line-up. Acts include The Hot Puppies, Imperial Leisure, Red Eye Banquet, Kid Harpoon, Six Nation State, Rival Joustas, Nigel Clark(Dodgy), Captian Phoenix, and dozens more.

While tickets have all gone for B7, a one-off Blissfields In The City event takes place at The Old Blue Last in Shoreditch on Sunday May 27th. The free entry event stars Blissfields acts Red Eye Banquet, Imperial Leisure, Captain Phoenix, Monty and the Butchers, Enjoy Destroy and Blisskrieg.
