The Chemical Brothers - Do It Again
Album Review

The Chemical Brothers – Do It Again

I put ’Do it Again’ in the CD player and suddenly I’m 17 years old and all of my mates are wearing smiley face T-Shirts and lurching around like Bez from the Happy Mondays.

Which is mildly problematic as I’m a die hard Smiths fan!

Never Mind Cider House Rules, this is the Acid House Mules back in action.

‘Do it Again’ is the first track off the Chemical Brothers’ upcoming (delayed) album release ‘We Are the Night’. If this offering’s anything to go by it’ll be worth the wait.

This is Justin Timberlake and Bez in a goofed dance off in some dark Mancunian warehouse.

Racked up against their previous stuff, it seems a bit pedestrian, but nonetheless hugely addictive.

Whatever you’re doing this Summer, I strongly suspect you’ll be hearing a lot of this one.

So go on…play it again!
